A New Traditional

Printmaking is sometimes viewed as a traditional, conservative medium, however it’s one of the few frontiers where new methods of making work are still being invented. In this new body of work, contemporary forms of printing are used to mimic old forms of photography, making daguerreotypes out of heat transfers.
